Apartments include four bedrooms per unit, common kitchen and living room with LCD flat screen, cable and internet access, en suite laundry and much more. Spruce and Cedar Apartments provide students with a convenient home base, within walking distance to classes and amenities.

Each fully furnished Spruce and Cedar apartment features: 4 private bedrooms with individual key locks, 2 bathrooms, kitchen complete with dishwasher, full sized fridge and oven/stove, laundry closet, and even common areas with a flat screen TV!
