Trent University Residence – Durham GTA allows you to live where you learn! Residence at Trent Durham GTA fully combines both living and learning spaces, offering a transformational setting for students, professors, and staff to engage and learn from one another, continuing a long-standing Trent legacy of college communities. Making friends, trying new things, and feeling like you’re part of a warm and caring community, are all important aspects of living in residence. And it’s why so many past students remember their time in residence with such fondness. Students have the option of staying in a single or double room with excellent views and plenty of natural light. These cutting-edge rooms include a twin bed, a desk, a chair, a shelf unit, and a wardrobe.

Each floor of the residence features a Common Room with a kitchenette and TV lounge, study rooms for group or solitary study, a laundry closet (laundry is free!) and seven bright, gender-neutral washrooms.
